Returns & Refunds — Onassia

At Onassia, each piece is thoughtfully designed. However, if an item does not fully meet your expectations, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


Eligibility شروط

Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.


How to Request a Return

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the necessary instructions along with a return label. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.


Damaged Items or Order Issues

We recommend inspecting your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us promptly so we can provide an appropriate solution.


Exchanges

For efficiency purposes, we do not process direct exchanges. We invite you to return the item and place a new order for the desired piece.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
