Can I modify or cancel my order?

How do I know if my order is confirmed?
A confirmation email is sent to you as soon as your order is validated. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder.

We deliver to Canada, France, Belgium & Switzerland
Are customs fees included?
Applicable taxes and customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
What are the delivery times?
Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days, then delivered within 2 to 7 business days depending on your location.
How do I track my order?
Upon shipment, you will receive an email containing a tracking number allowing you to track your package in real time.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to request a return, provided the item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
