What are your delivery costs?

  • Canada : $14 CAD – free for orders over $100 CAD.
  • United States : $20 CAD (≈ 15 USD) – free from $200 CAD.

What are the delivery times?

  • Canada : 2 to 7 business days.
  • United States : 5 to 10 business days.
    All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery times are given as an indication and may vary depending on the destination and the carrier.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship to Canada and the United States .

Are there any customs fees?

For orders to the United States, any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

What is your return policy?

  • You have 14 days after receipt to return an unworn and unwashed item, with its original labels.
  • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer (except in the event of an error on our part).
  • Once the item is received and inspected, we will process the refund to the original payment method.
